You will pay lots of money in, but when you need to make a legitimate claim they put you through the ringer and then refuse benefits. Customer service is poor. Claim agents talk down to you and give inaccurate information. Unfortunately you can not trust this company and I would not recommend them.
Very poor customer service!! Have short term disability through these people and they have been taking my money just fine but now that I have a disability they will not pay. They overlooked documents I sent in and denied the claim! My family is trying to eat! I will say I never had this problem when I had Aflac years back! I have filed complaints with the BBB and the insurance commissioner. I would not recommend this company at all. I feel like I've been robbed. It's very sad that this company works this way!!!
Experiencing an embarrassment of service from this company 1 always same request on same doctor paperwork 2 customer care does not have a clue on what to do so just transfer you around the carousel 3 waiting on check for 3months $$$$$ and still nothing ....this is not a financial company it's a Robbery with a license.
