I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who likes for an agent to honest and punctual. For three months I was lied to continuously, blown off by an agent then given several excuses about her sudden 200 claims overwhelming her so much that she wouldn't return a single email or call pertaining to changes to my policy. Then I was completely disrespected by Sean Chastain after finally making a formal complaint with screenshots and email forwards of all conversations as proof. He accused me of defamation for mentioning writing a review and also accused me threatening to inflict physical violence by saying that I would not stop at a google review (I meant contacting the BBB, which I did).
The agent was at least polite on the surface while lying and blowing me off, unlike Sean Chastain. These are not the types of agents (or people period) you'd want on your side if you have a tragedy, like getting into an accident or losing a loved one. My brief experience was extremely disappointing.
All of the agents are very knowledgeable and they are willing to go above and beyond to help you!
