They definitely need more staff at lunch time. Too long of a wait to order and then wait on your food
The service here is always amazing and the quality of the food is great too. They always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Long wait for counter service. Watched server constantly wiping his hands on his shirt while handling food. Changed my order from something he had to handle to a prepackaged Buster Bar. Sat down. Most tables were dirty. Floor dirty. Won't come back.
Went on "National ice cream day". Staff did a wonderful job keeping up with the constant flow of customers. However, by 7pm they had run out of their blizzard of the month and all bananas. Out of both? They seem like top selling items, one would think they would keep a large supply.
Ordering food took forever cause lady didn't know how to ring up the on sale item. Not her fault tho cause she ask the manage for assistance and he didn't know how to help her... after 10min she fig it out on her own.. food came and the gravy looked like it was a week old.. problem could be cause only 2 employees working during lunch time. No music in eating area it felt like eating in a nursing home.
