The restaurant was dirty with dishes all over the lobby and nothing was stocked at all near the drink station. I was very displeased.
This store is a hot mess, waited a half an hour for food and you would think they would of thrown in a few extra breadsticks. Which was for the best cause the breadsticks and chicken was burnt. Don't go here often as prices seems high for fastfood, but think I can just avoid it all together. Manager also made the comment if they are not happy, they can get there money back. So I am keeping my money
It was not very busy, but we stood up front waiting to place order for 3-4 minutes. Three employees walked past and did not acknowledge or greet us. Watched the breadstick person grab one and eat it in the back. Food was lukewarm, chicken was grisly. Overall, poor service from and apathetic staff and subpar food quality. Disappointing!!!
This place is a rip off. They barely give you any food and what they do give you is nothing special. The "free bread sticks all you can eat" is absurd. They walk around every 20 minutes and hand out one or 2.
I generally like this place. The last 2 times I've went out seems like the food was sitting around for a little to long. Other than that it's quick and usually tastes good.
