Great instore service. However once you make a purchase and make it out the door that's it. Service is very questionable if you get any at all.
Run by fellow fitness enthusiasts with a background in just about anything you think of... I have purchased a cage / all in one system / that has exceeded my expectations. I buy much of what I want online but when it comes to something that I want to try before I buy - this is the place and those are the people to answer your questions. Don't buy any high dollar fitness equipment online - you need to try it and ask questions of real experts - this place is highly recommended.
Bought a t5 treadmill from them after I gave birth. It's been almost three years, the treadmill has been awesome & both hubby and I use it. The service is awesome. I felt totally at ease and appreciated the great service. The delivery and setup was painless also. We are now going back for round two. We are expanding our home gym and need more equipment.
Filled out their form for service on their best treadmill at the time of purchase. They have never contacted us about the request. We received confirmation they received the form.
