UPDATE:
For the past four years I have ordered their Ugly Christmas Sweater Jerseys for my college friends and I, and every year they have gone above and beyond making sure I get the correct order even if they don't send the right amount. I didn't receive the right amount of shirts or one was messed up. All I had to do was contact them and I receive a quick response and they send a new shirt right away and make sure I get it as soon as possible. Overall, their quality, shipping, and customer service is amazing.
I think that while trying to accommodate a request my communication may have been lost in the cracks for a day or two, but when they realized it happened they made everything much better and got me my discs promptly.

You guys did a great job saving me. I had ordered some custom discs with our company logo on them as my batch of custom discs were down to the final disc. We moved offices after my order was placed and you guys tracked down what happened and help me get my discs. Thanks for the great service.
