I’ve never bought a motorcycle before. I last owned an automobile in 1991. My one experience with a car dealer was so awful that I dreaded the buying part of getting into motorcycles. I shouldn’t have worried, for Billy Flynn is a model of patience and the customer-first approach to sales. There’s an old saying among salespeople: make the customer, not the sale. Billy has internalized it thoroughly. If you’re curious but unsure about motorcycles, approach Billy with confidence. He’s all help, no high-pressure sales tactics.
We had a incident when they came to pick up my son's bike and something happened in the trailer while they were hauling it. We got the bike back and it looks great! Everything was just the way he had it before. They told us it would look better than before and it does! I'm glad they stood by their word. I will highly recommend Dillon Brothers to anyone. Great customer service!

I was in to compare two different bikes and many questions about both. Vincent was patient and answered everything I asked. He then set up test rides on both machines and gave me all the particulars of each bike. Once I rode them he allowed me as much time as I needed to make my evaluation. After many days I made my choice and he, pain free, had me riding home on my new bike. Since the sale I have seen him and he has given me excellent service and assistance.
