They have a great selection of natural dog food and a decent amount of treat selections. The staff is friendly and it's never too busy to get on and get out.

I recently visited this store and could not find a specific size of the cat food I was there to buy. When I asked the clerk, he directed me to the clearance section where he explained that I could purchase the food *past the best buy date* at a discounted rate but I would need to use it within a shortened time frame. I left without purchasing anything and visited another local pet store and found the same brand/size cat food at full price with the same best buy date. Had the clerk at Long Dog Fat Cat not checked and explained the situation to me, I would have bought the same product at full price elsewhere and ended up with a sick cat some months from now. I don't think I'll be shopping anywhere else from now on. Amazing customer service.
