Amazing customer service, wonderful sales people. I was walking around their lot with a friend and was kindly greeted, talked about the car for some time and then was offered a test drive without asking. Audi also has many complimentary services and a very welcoming facility.
The Audi Omaha team exceeded our expectations. We scheduled an appointment to see an A3, Jim Tulson in sales was already waiting for us when we arrived. He was very polite, highly knowledgeable and very helpful troughout the process. The test drive was phenomenal and Jim answered all our questions about specs and features. We didn’t have to ask and Jim was already providing us with all the information necessary for trade in, financing, and warranty. We ended up buying it after some negotiation. Getting approved and signing all documents didn’t take too long either, and we ended up heading home with a wonderful Audi. Our appointment with Scott Adrian, the delivery specialist, was very informative as well. While we had some time to explore the car on our own, we were still amazed by all the things we discovered during that meeting. After a month driving it, we can’t be any happier.

I was so impressed with the level of personal service I received from Geri and Brad. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and genuine warmth. Geri took the time to get to know me and really know what I needed in a new vehicle. She took the time to go over the features that were important to me. The manager Brad Turner treated me with so much respect and was so kind to my family while we were there to finalize the paperwork. To top it all off they were able to take care of my lease turn in with another dealership. It was never something I had to worry about. I am so impressed. I felt the genuine personalized care. They focused on my needs and what was best for me. Not what was best for the dealership. I will be recommending Geri and Brad to all my friends and family.
