I recommend visiting Michael Williams at Baxter. Mr. Williams is everything customer service should be. Because of him I really enjoyed my experience getting a new car. He was very helpful, courteous, professional, and, most importantly, he “listened” to me. He didn’t try and talk me into anything I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He was understanding and respectful with my finances. I got the perfect vehicle, perfect financing, and perfect service beyond my expectations.
Love this place. Our sales lady, was Molly Harris. She was amazing. My husband would ask her a million questions and she knew every answer. She was always upfront and honest with us and we never doubted the information she was telling. Molly also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We will definitely be a repeat customer as long as Molly is there. We have officially found our "car lady". Highly recommend for sure.
I would have put a 5 star but the sales rep I dealt with was very disrespectful and rude. Kept walking away and not answering my questions in regards to my truck I purchased. And because I was dealing with that a** of a sales rep I was told wasn't able to have some one else help me. Even when I complained about this said person I was told they hear the same complaints on the guy every day. If that's the case he needs more training or a job change. As for the rest of the employees I dealt with they were up right respectful. If it wasn't for those people I definitely would not of gotten the truck I did. So thank you!
These guys played games with us for over two hours. They kept telling us how great of deal they were giving us without ever getting to a price. When they finally came back with numbers on our trade in, right at $3500K below NADA trade-in value. When looking at what they have similarly listed on their lot which was 2 years older and 14K miles more it would put them in a position to make $5K on our trade. When looking at what other dealers are listing vehicles almost exactly what ours is they would be looking at $7600 profit. Our vehicle is very clean with no accidents or damage. I told him that he wasn't even close to the real value of our vehicle. Of course the salesman immediately started back pedaling. I told him if he can swing the price that easily by 3 to 4K then I was done and I asked him to give me back my keys. Instead he acted like he left my keys in the back which he just got done telling me he had them in his pocket. Since he didn't come back with our keys I went to the back and found him with 6 guys standing around trying to see how they were going to spin being called out on trying to steal my trade instead of giving me my keys. After being caught red handed they tried cutting me off in the parking lot to try to play off what just happened. These guys wasted our time while they watched us try to entertain our 1.5 and 5 year old children. I'm sorry but I don't think trying to profit that much off my trade is fair. Plus what they were making on the new car sell. We know we aren't going to get retail but we expected them to be fair and they definitely were not. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First off let me say that Justin Riddle and his wife Erin are absolutely amazing. They are extremely friendly and fun to deal with and they go way above and beyond to accommodate as much as they can. And I would have given five stars but we had some issues with some service issues that needed to be done that didn't quite get done in a timely matter. But after the fact the general manager Keenan definitely stepped up and helped remedy the issue.
