I bought a new Subaru Forester the end of October, and I had a great experience. I had started looking in August, and I met with John Mac. My purchase took several months, and John remained in contact the whole time--never pushy and always willing to give me the information I needed. In the end, I called all three Omaha area dealerships to try to get the best price for the new car and the highest amount for my trade-in. Baxter beat the other two dealerships on both prices. And John's customer service was outstanding, spending many hours with me to make sure I got exactly the model and the trim line I wanted. He's even called me several times after the purchase, just to make sure I don't have any questions or concerns. I LOVE my new Forester, and I strongly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a new Subaru visit Baxter Subaru.

I needed to make a trade and get a vehicle after a move here. Tristan was great on the phone, and set me up with Justin to help me find the right vehicle. Justin listened to what I needed, and let me take my time. He was never pushy, and was great with my kids. My situation was not ideal, but Justin worked with me on the numbers, and found a deal that worked. He even played the guitar after we were all done. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, although I did not look at the new ones. I would definitely suggest checking Baxter Subaru out if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. And ask for Justin, he's great.
