The experience I had at Lexus of Omaha was one of the better ones compared to my past visits to BMW and Baxter Dodge. They really put there best foot forward to getting you all taken care of and them being a Lexus plus dealership really helped cut all the time out of the negotiations and gave me pretty much more than what I was expecting for my trade in and got my new vehicle at a competitive reasonable price. I dealt with Luke which he outstandingly took care of all my concerns and had the help Post visit with with his manager Jason which took care of me and my vehicle. There service department is also amazing I brought my car in and was greeted and was given a full amazing customer service experience with there complementary drinks and snacks which was awesome. I defiantly will be continue coming to Lexus of Omaha and recommend everyone to make this your one stop shop for everything you won’t be disappointed.
What a wonderful experience! If there is a model dealership for how people want to buy cars this is the place. When it comes to the building they did not seem to cut corners on at all, it is crafted just as nicely as the luxury vehicles they sell. Bill Spence was phenomenal to work with and the relaxing atmosphere this Lexus dealership creates is fantastic. It was great knowing we were getting top notch service while buying a vehicle, the Lexus Plus no-haggle and best price upfront pricing for both buying and trading in makes the experience that much better. Mike Kraft and Gerardo were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. The pricing structure and customer service at the Lexus Plus dealership raises the bar for what other places should strive to be like.
