I have been shopping here for 5+ years. Great place to shop and prices are fair. They have an amazing price-match policy that can't be beat. Their rewards card is a great program to earn points and turn them into coupons.
Erica was extremely helpful and considerate of my time. She made sure I was well taken care of and I so appreciate her helpfulness!
Every worker asked us if we needed anything, place was clean and organized. Nursing room was great! Very grateful for it with my tired, hungry baby while we were finding everything we needed.
i love how it is never busy. the prices are fair in yhe clothes and shoes but the toys are high. The help is good. the quality seems to be good.
I had a credit to use when my registry was all closed out. It was pretty neat to receive the credit. I went online to purchase some things. Unfortunately when I went to purchases the items the page just showed me an error. I tried three times to checkout. I had to go into the store where I was told that because its a third party who checks customers out online, that i couldn't get the deal on a humidifier i wanted. The one on sale was green and the one in store was blue. NOT my fault that your third party business was down when i went to check out . Anyway i was pretty upset that they would not just give me the blue one with the same price as online for my inconvenience. FINE . I was over it. I found some other things that i wanted. Get up to the counter and the girl does NOT greet me because she is too damn busy talking to her co worker about getting off. Well she messed up and scanned some of my items four times. Bringing the total to nearly double the price it should've been . $140 was the total and it was suppose to be $30 after the credit was applied. I asked he to re ring the items because i did not get that many things . Her flipping attitude was outrageous, like it was MY fault for her ringing it up wrong. She states that she did not scan items more than once and that if we start all over that i will not get my credit. I was like i want to speak to a manager. Manager comes over and she too was a SNOB. No sorry for the inconvenience or for wasting my time or scanning the items four times. NOTHING. I was pissed. 30 minutes in line just to check out . RIDICULOUS! I will never be going back to Babies R Us again, and will let everyone know that the customer service is awful.
