While I was in the store I was waited on adequately but I have been trying today for at least two and a half hours to call the store where I live in Omaha Nebraska it is store number 248 at 1000 10000 California Street Omaha I've been trying to call them for several hours because there was a hat and gloves that were in my car that did not make it home with me and nobody will answer the phone and I'm not kidding I'm letting it ring for 10 minutes I've also called your customer service number and oddly enough nobody is answering that number either and that is not acceptable
The clothes are poorly made, which is probably why they are inexpensive. Be prepared to wait in line a long, long time.
I bought a suit and cologne and it was the best value ever. the suit originally cost $42.99 and I wanted to buy it so I took it with me. I go to purchase it and when she scans the tag the register comes up to $20.00 and immediately brought a smile to my face. Not only that, I bought a bottle of cologne and it only cost me $10.99! Recommend Forever 21 any day!
Lots of variety for clothing and pretty cheap which is a plus. But It was frustrating that there were no open registers to pay upstairs, and no employees to help. The only registers open were on the lower level and we waited in line for more than 20 minutes. The fitting rooms were super dirty. It looked like they hadn't swept in a really long time. All of the dust/ lint on the floor stuck to everything. It was a really frustrating visit...
The time it takes to check out is unreal. There is more often than not 1 single check out associate with a line full of people and a second person behind the sales counter on the phone unwilling to hop on a register. Have left my purchase here many times because it takes longer to checkout than it does to shop.
