i love lululemon, i think their products are high quality. The staff is always great too...until i get to the cash register and mention my R&D/sweat collective discount(i teach dance). Every time i've been in the Village Point lululemon they make a dig and question whether i actually teach dance. Today i went in and spent a good amount of money and asked for the discount at the register, the employee that checked me out asked what i do and i said that i teach dance. To which she responded "sure you do" in a sarcastic manner. I'm beginning to question whether the discount is worth getting questioned every time I go in...
We have shopped at lululemon many times and many locations and have never been treated rude, until today, very disappointing right before Christmas! One sales lady would not allow my daughter to look through a stack of leggings that were sitting out on a shelf. Another employee moved a rack of leggings my other daughter was looking at to the dressing room area so she couldn’t look through it.
I loved this store. Excellent stock of items (even for men) and beautiful and helpful staff. Be sure to visit when in Omaha.
If I could give -100 stars I would. The staff are rude and impolite. Brought a sports bra back to return and they would only give me instore credit because I had taken the tags off. They then proceeded to yell across the store to each other to let each other know that the tags were off .... rude. Also I brought the tags and receipt and everything together... it's never been worn, except the 10 mins at home when I decided I hated the way it fit me... oh btw they then re-tagged it in front of me to sell it once again... in store credit... freaking rediculous... not buying anything from here ever again. I'll let the $55 go to waist on the gift card they gave me before I step foot in here again.
