Completely disagree how the manager makes poor choices.. As a hard working employee and as a customer for over many years now never dealt with such unprofessionalism.. For one I was completely outraged at how a new employee handed out my paid off belongings with my name on the bag because employee layaway are different from customers anyway I didn't want to make a big scene due to the fact that I'm an employee and there was many customers In line so instead of any type of accommodation for one of the most upsetting incident of probably the month of September #highlightofseptember the assistant manager just stares at me not knowing what to tell me now Im not forgetting the fact that Adam the store manager was in his office the whole time of this incident I just told to give me my refund which I really felt like being a drama QUEEN and telling the employee who gave my belongings to go look for replacemt SMH!!!
Miserable experience! Little Mexico with unruly kids screaming and running around with no parental supervision. If you thought you wanted kids then go there on a weekend and that will change your mind.
It's gone way down hill on their selection. No employees to help. I do like most of their prices
It was good I went in and found what I was looking for right a way. I got a new coat. Love it.
Unpleasant shopping experience. This store is very dirty. Its rather much like a thrift store, with dirty holed up clothes and items misplaced everywhere. An employee who was putting out clothes hit me with the clothes rack a few times. Kids run around screaming and unsupervised. Never coming back.
