My son had been throwing up blood and our ER doctor told us to schedule an appointment with them ASAP. and they deny him because he doesn't have a primary care doctor ? Pretty wild. Never ran into a problem like that. Doesn't seem like a consent form would be the most difficult thing to sign to share information with ANY doctor you want:
