Great gym - workout changes daily, staff are helpful to all ability levels and all are welcome. Best part is, anyone of any fitness level can get a good workout here!
Excellent training program you will work on every single mussel of your body and also you will work on different mussel group every day, they have awesome instructors very friendly environment. You can never go easy this is Kosama.
