We bought a house last year and she was on top of everything in coordination with our bank/mortgage company. It went as smooth as could be expected, we bundled as much as possible, and excluded my motorcycle when they couldn't beat the price I currently have covered elsewhere. That also happened previously with an auto policy and they just tell you they can't beat the price and suggest you ensure coverages are comparable to make sure you're adequately covered. Very professional and a great resource to have to compare multiple insurers. We also had a previous home that was covered by an HOA that provided some external insurance - so we did lots of back and forth to ensure adequate coverage. They've always put in the effort to earn my business.
