Perfect place to go if you want to add a more personal touch to your engagement ring! I didn't know very much about rings when I started the process of looking, but Patra helped me quickly get up to speed on the terminology and the do's and dont's. The process of choosing a perfect ring can take a while, but Patra was extremely patient and helpful the entire time. She continued to bring in diamonds until we found the perfect one that fit both the the budget and aesthetic. When it came to the band she helped design a custom one with a 3D rendering to ensure it's what we were looking for. Once everything was completed, she had the ring made in a timely manner and the payment/evaluation process was a breeze. I would highly recommend looking here if you're in the market for an engagement ring!
The staff was very helpful picking out bands, ordering samples and helping figuring out my fiance's ring size. When it come to picking out the diamond I felt I needed to be well informed to get an appropriate deal. Ultimately, Petra came through and made a deal that could not be beat.
And the staff put up with my worrying and called me with updates on the status of the ring throughout the process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Phenomenal buying experience. They helped me design and create the perfect engagement ring, wedding band, and wedding day gift for my wife. They were fun, friendly, and absolutely went over the top to ensure that everything went as well as it possibly could. I love working with small businesses - they care - and that was so evident in the customer service I received from everyone at Alletti. Buying an engagement ring can be a pretty intimidating experience.. but they made it comfortable and exciting. Needless to say, I trust them completely and I'll be returning for many years to come. Everyone was extraordinarily helpful. They matched the ring to the pictures perfectly and were able to meet the time constraints that I had (the ring was made in roughly a month and a half).
Petra and Michaela made the entire experience of getting our rings an absolute joy. They helped my now husband custom order me a ring, stayed constant contact with us and at one point even delivered my ring to me at work.
