Having very sensitive skin, I️ was having an issue with my wedding ring making my skin break out. Her ring is in better shape than ever and it is really beautiful again. My feeling is that they take pride in what they do, and their work is high quality.
Recently my large center diamond on my wedding ring became loose as I had lost prongs on the setting from simple wear. It was so bad that I couldn't wear it any longer. I don't trust any one else to do repairs on my precious jewelry so I brought the ring all the way from Florida to be repaired.
Went in to price a bail on an old pendant. The guy worked with me until I asked about a warranty on his work. He tried to talk me in circles without answering my question. And then got mad when I asked him again and denied his suggestion to make alterations to my heirloom. I asked for my pendant back and left and he slammed the door to the back room as I was walking out. Seems pretty suspect to me and the bail he offered did not have a stamp on it to certify that it was gold. Thin fake jewelry and no warranty. No thanks
We've gone here several times for cleaning, resizing, and replating jewelry. The work has always been really good and pretty quick.
