Brian, I believe was his name, was knowledgeable and helpful with my specific question. Unfortunately they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or aggressive trying to sell me something I wasn’t happy with. After striking out in all other stores I visited, I returned and was helped by another gentleman who recognized me from earlier - even though he wasn’t the one to assist me. He ended up selling me an item I was happy with and the recipient of my gift loved it. I was impressed with their customer service skills, their knowledge of inventory, and overall effort to help. Great experience! I got my fiane's wedding ring and the staff here was nothing less than spectacular! It was a. Enjoyable experience and the staff was very helpful to take me through looking at rings. They helped me to compare and I was eventually able to pick the perfect one! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
I went to see about resizing my wife's ring. The department staff was very welcoming. I did not remember if I had a warranty for the ring. Also, the ring was purchased at a different location. However, the staff were very helpful with reaching out the other location. They were very friendly and professional at the same time, which goes a long way with a business. There was an estimate wait time of about 5 days, but they were donw that night. I would highly recommend this place and this particular location.
