Erin and Kristin were great to work with and made the ring buying process very understandable to a layman like me. I went to three different jewelers and Helzberg won my business mostly because of these women. They were informative, kind, and very involved in my choice. We have only gone to this location for years now and they have been with us every step of the way. From promise ring, to engagement ring to both wedding bands and even my wedding day gift from my husband. We love all of the sales people, very friendly and personable. They always remember us when we come in! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Jessica was awful to work with. She was aggressive, rude, and condescending in the way she spoke to me. Her pushy questions about which companies I've shopped with were unprofessional. She said she had worked for the company for 6 years, so I would expect her to have a higher level of professionalism and customer relations than she offered. When I noticed that the experience was rapidly changing from "special" to salty, I walked out. My business will be going elsewhere and I would never recommend this store to anyone.
